-- 24-hour in-house shifts
Requirements
-- Active Florida state license
-- Current APRN national specialty certification
-- Master’s degree in Nursing
-- Clinically active within the past year
-- Clean background and malpractice history
Assignment Details
-- Level III NICU with 28 beds and an average daily census of 19
-- Approximately 2,700 deliveries per year
-- In-house NNP model providing 24/7 coverage with physician support
-- Responsibilities include rounding, acute NICU care, delivery attendance, and procedures based on experience
-- Full subspecialty support and dedicated neonatal transport team
-- EMR: Epic
-- PEDs Level: Level III
