Neurohospitalist Locums Job in Indiana | August 31 and Ongoing

One of our partnering hospitals is seeking consistent locums Neurology coverage beginning at the end of August. Coverage needed is a consistent block schedule, typically two weeks on followed by a week off, and shifts to 3-week stretches with a week off later in the year. If you have an Indiana license or active IMLC and are available for the specific dates listed below, please contact us!
 

Coverage dates needed:
--August 31 – September 7a
--September 7 – September 14a
--September 21 – September 28a
--September 28 – October 5a
--October 12 – October 19a
--October 19 – October 26a
--October 26 – November 2a
--November 9 – November 16a
--November 16 – November 23a
--November 23 – November 30a
--December 7 – December 14a
--December 14 – December 21a
--December 21 – December 28a

Schedule Details and Scope of Work: 
--24-hour call, 7a-7a
--On site: 7a-5p
--General Neurology consults, call and follow-ups
--No stroke call required - telemedicine covers stroke call
--Procedures: EEGs preferred but not required
--Facility Details:
--EMR: EPIC
--Beds: 200+
--Level III Trauma Center
--Primary stroke center

Candidate Requirements:
--Available for dates listed
--Active Indiana license or IMLC
--Case logs in the last 24 months
--BLS/ACLS
