Neurosurgery Backup Call Coverage Locums Job in Georgia | March-May
One of our partnering hospitals is seeking clinic and ER backup Neurosurgery call ONLY coverage for specific dates in March - May. This position does not require any on-site appointments or shifts, but you will be required to stay within close driving distance to the hospital for any callbacks. If you have available for any of the specific shifts below, please reach out to us.
Shifts needed:
--March 20 am - 24 am
--April 9 am - 14 am
--April 29 am - May 5 am
Shift and Call Details:
--Call only for clinic and ER backup
--Locums Neurosurgeon will be on call for the clinic supporting the APP teams for any questions
--Will also be on call for any current clinic patients that may present to the ER, no trauma or new ER call responsibility
--Shift hours: 7a-7a on dates above
--No on site appointments or scheduled cases
--Very low call volume expected
Facility Details and Candidate Requirements:
--Support staff: 2 APPs in clinic, 1 APP and 1 attending Neurosurgeon in hospital
--Beds: 500+
--Georgia license or IMLC required
--Board Certified required, Neurosurgery
--Minimal malpractice preferred for necessary emergency privileges
