OB/GYN Physician Locums to Permanent Job in California - Clinic + Call
Nestled against the stunning backdrop of the Sierra Nevada foothills, this location offers a picturesque blend of outdoor adventures, vibrant community events, and a welcoming small-town charm.
Details/Requirements: --Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
--Support staff: Medical Assistants, Medical Scribes, and LVN in office
--Currently 1 physician and 5 CNM’s, looking to increase to 4 physicians
--CNM’s take first call, physicians only get called when it’s beyond the CNM’s scope. (C-section, device assisted delivery). The CNM’s handle most deliveries
--Clinic volume between 25-35 patients per day, one half day procedures per week shared between all physicians for Colposcopy, IUD placement, Endometrial biopsies, etc.
--Shared OR block every other week
--EMR – Tenzing
--Average Delivery Volume: 40/month
--NICU: Level I
