Requirements
-- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
-- Active Indiana license
-- Indiana controlled substance registration
-- Indiana DEA registration
-- BLS, ACLS, PALS 
-- Clean databank
-- Clean background

Required Procedures / Skills
-- Low-risk pregnancy
-- Fetal heart rate interpretation, including NST, CST, and FSE
-- Performance and interpretation of OB ultrasounds
-- Routine delivery
-- Vaginal delivery
-- Low-forceps delivery
-- Decision-making for cesarean section
-- Complicated delivery
-- Cesarean section
-- Breech delivery
-- Multiple births
-- Abruptions
-- Repair of third- and fourth-degree lacerations
-- Surgical gynecology
-- Open surgical gynecology
-- Operative or major gynecology, including ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, and extensive lysis of adhesions
-- Laser certification

Assignment Details
-- Practice setting: Inpatient
-- Average patient volume: 10 patients per shift
-- Average deliveries: 100 per year

-- Duties include admissions and rounding
