Coverage Needed: 1/9/2026 – 7/5/2026

Shift Descriptions:
-- 24-hour call
-- Call response time: 30 minutes

Requirements:
-- Board certified
-- Must be licensed in Wisconsin
-- ACLS, BLS, NRP
-- Procedures:
    -- Low and high-risk pregnancy
    -- FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
    -- Performance and interpretation of OB ultrasounds (Level I/Viability and Level II/Anatomic)
    -- Amniocentesis
    -- Routine delivery (vaginal, low forceps)
    -- Complicated delivery (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, VBACs)
    -- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
    -- Office/minor gynecology (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP)
    -- Surgical gynecology: Open, Laparoscopic (tubal ligation, LOAs, chronal tubation), and Operative/Major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOAs)

Assignment Details:
-- Support staff includes 2 RNs
-- Admissions and rounding on assigned patients when called in
-- EMR: Athena and MediTech
