Oncologist Locums Job in Northern IndianaDetails/Requirements:--Specific weeks needing coverage: 3/4-3/7, 3/11–3/14, 4/1–4/4, 4/8–4/11, 4/29–5/2, 5/6–5/9, 5/27 (Memorial Day, may not be operating) – 5/30, 6/3–6/6, 6/10–6/13, 6/17–6/20, 6/24–6/27, 7/1–7/3, 7/22–7/25, 7/29–8/1.
--Board Certified Medical Oncology or truly Board Eligible
--Clinic coverage four days per week Monday to Thursday.
--8am to 5pm including 1-hour break.
--Roughly 15 adult patients per day.
--Indiana license and will need DEA and CSR.
--
WILL accept active IMLC to obtain IN. --ABLS, ACLS, BLS.
--Not a trauma facility.
--EMR: Cerner
--Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 MAs, 2 NP/Pas an office staff.
--Will offer temporary privileges.
