Requirements-- Active Indiana license-- DEA (or easily transferable)-- Board Certified
Required Procedures / Skills-- Knowledge of NCCN guidelines-- Emergency response skills for medication side effects-- Chemotherapy treatment plans
Assignment Details-- Patient volume: 20 patients per day in clinic-- 2 physicians and 2 APPs in practice-- Support staff includes 3 RNs and 2 MAs
