Night call is offsite.--Average 15-18 patients per day for a full-time physician--Requires both Medical Oncology and Hematology board certification unless provider has completed combined Hem/Onc fellowship. If so, they are only required to be boarded in one or the other.--Active Kentucky or active IMLC--Must have Epic Experience--NP Support
