Hematology Oncology Locums Job in Kentucky | Day Shift + Occasional Night Call | Beginning October 1 - Ongoing | Assignment #115660Coverage Details-- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm-- 3-6 potential night call shifts per month (5pm-7am)Requirements-- Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology-- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship-- BLS-- ACLS-- Kentucky State License - highly preferredRequired Procedures / Skills-- Intrathecal Chemotherapy-- Outpatient/Inpatient Hem/Onc experience-- Intracavitary Chemotherapy - highly preferredAssignment Details-- 100% adults-- 95% clinic; 5% hospital-- 70% oncology; 30% hematology-- Average patient census: 22 per day, 2-3 new consults per day-- Credentialing time frame: 90-120 days-- EMR: EPIC
