Coverage Details-- January 11, 2027 - ongoing-- Part-time coverage, 2-3 weeks per month preferred-- Approximately 15 shifts per month-- Temporary privileges availableShift Details-- Clinic schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM-- No call requiredRequirements-- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology-- ABIM Hematology or Medical Oncology-- BLS certification-- 3-year fellowship strongly preferred-- Minimum 2 years of experience-- State license not required to applyRequired Procedures / Skills-- Evaluation and management of new and established benign hematology patientsAssignment Details-- Outpatient clinic setting-- Average daily patient volume: 22-25 patients-- 90% benign hematology / 10% medical oncology-- Adult patients only-- EMR: Epic-- Facility type: Acute Care Hospital-- One provider able to cover 2-3 weeks per month is preferred
