-- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
Shift Description-- Clinic: 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) 8 AM – 4 PM
-- Rounding: 1 day in NICU (flexible 8 AM – 12 PM)
-- On-call: Wednesday
-- OR: 1 day Friday 7 AM – 2 PM
Call Details-- Beeper Call
-- Call Response Time Required: 15–30 min
-- Call Ratio: 1:1
-- Call Back %: 10
-- Average Call # per 24 Hour: 1–2 Phone Consults
Requirements-- Board Certification
-- Fellowship
-- Must be able to complete strabismus procedures
Assignment Details-- Patients per shift: 25
-- Support staff: 1 PA/NP
-- PEDs Level: 1
-- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
-- Must sign off on orthoptics charts
-- EMR: Epic
