Orthopedic Trauma Surgery NP Locums Job in South Carolina | Various Shifts + Call | Beginning ASAP – Ongoing | Assignment #116111Coverage Details-- Beginning ASAP – ongoing
-- Primary shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, 5–7 days per week
-- Additional shifts available: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
-- Weekend 24-hour call coverage required
-- Optional night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM as needed
-- Credentialing tied to committee schedule with final approval on the 3rd Tuesday of each month
Shift Description-- Orthopedic trauma surgery hospital coverage
-- Responsibilities include OR coverage, ICU coverage, hospital rounding, consults, post-operative visits, and ED support
-- Average patient volume: approximately 20 patients per day
-- No clinic responsibilities
Call Details-- First-call coverage required
-- Must be comfortable taking call independently
-- Overnight call responsibilities included
-- Weekend 24-hour call coverage required
Requirements-- Active South Carolina license required
-- ACLS or ATLS certification required
-- South Carolina DEA and CDS required
-- Orthopedic trauma first-call experience required
-- Independent call coverage experience required
