Details/Requirements:--Dates needed: March 30 - July 13--Coverage needed: 4 weeks per month - 2 full days per week, 8a-4:30p. Flexible on days based on candidates' availability and preference. --Patient population: Birth to 12 y/o--Patient diagnosis: Musculoskeletal Disorders, cerebral palsy, neurological disorders, cognitive disorders, etc.--Procedures/responsibilities: Botox, new patient consults and follow ups --EMR: EPIC--Missouri license or active IMLC--Missouri DEA--Board Certified required--Comfortable and experienced treating patients from birth to adolescence
