Immediate need for coverage treating mostly adult outpatient population but will see some C/A patients as well New Jersey.

Details/Requirements:
--Will be flexible with hours of coverage Monday-Friday
--2-3 days per week
--One day of onsite required 
--Evaluations and medication checks
--EMR in place
--All ages
--New Jersey license
