Shift Description-- 4–5 days per week

Requirements-- Active Massachusetts license
-- DEA
-- CSR
Assignment Details-- Outpatient community and office-based setting
-- Program for Assertive Community Treatment supporting high acuity individuals with psychotic disorders
-- Patient census averages around 80 clients, with weekly volume varying based on acuity and level of care (may range from 10–25 patients per week)
-- Works within a multidisciplinary PACT team and reports to Medical Director
-- APP support needed to assist with patient transitions, medication management, and acuity-based care
-- EMR: Carelogic
