Assignment Details (#100236):--Board Certified required
--Active New York license, will accept provider needing to obtain a license
--BLS and ACLS certification required
--COVID Vaccine required
--Must be available for all dates
--Outpatient patients per day -18
--EMR: Aria
--Required procedures: Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, SBRT, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy-SBRT
--Required Duties: Orders Tests, Prescribes, Orders Images
