TeleHealth PHP Locum Tenens Job in the Los Angeles, California Metro AreaDetails/Requirements:*Need is for ongoing coverage starting 2/2/26. 100% remote tele psychiatry for an adolescent (ages 10 and above, all genders) ED PHP program. Minimum 3 hours per week guaranteed which includes any on-site time and any text time, phone time, email time from the facility reaching out to the Doctor about patients.
*Cap 30 patients, Total census 14, PHP – 7 patients currently. Census could change due to children going back to school. *Locum tenens doctor will only see the PHP patients*
*Client uses Zoom for their tele psychiatry software platform.
*New patients, one hour for initial evaluations.
*30 minutes per patient for follow up sessions.
*Eating disorder experience preferred but not required.
*Flexible regarding days/hours worked between 8am and 8pm, Monday-Sunday.
*Initial assessments need to be done within 72 hours of a patient presenting to the program.
*Credentialing includes a TB test, drug test, and physical exam and a criminal background check which are required.
*Client has an electronic medical record system, so candidates must be computer savvy.
