Permanent Psychiatric NP Job | Outpatient Care in Upstate New York
Assignment Highlights:--Schedule: Monday–Friday preferred; flexible 4-day workweek available (Fridays required)--Patient Population: Primarily adults; must be able to see patients aged 13+--Setting: Outpatient behavioral health in a rural location--Clinical Focus: Psychiatric care and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) experience strongly preferred--Salary between $180,000-$200,000--Facility prefers onsite but is open to telehealth for the right provider
Duties Include:--One-hour psychiatric evaluations--15–20 minute medication management appointments--Collaborate under the supervision of a psychiatrist--EMR: Netsmart myEvolv--Start Date: ASAP--Credentialing: Approximately 3–4 weeks--Role Type: Replacing a current NP who has submitted their noticeCandidate Requirements:--Active New York Medicaid credentials--PMHNP certification with experience treating adolescents
