Job Requirements for assignment #94829:-- Kentucky medical license not required to apply (IMLC certificate must be active at time of submission)-- Board Certification or Board Eligibility within five years-- Clinic coverage and surgery days - Monday through Friday (very flexible with clinic and block time)-- 10 days per month of 24-hour call coverage-- Mix of clinic/call; bread & butter Urology-- 350+ beds in facility-- EMR: Epic
