Coverage Details-- April 18 – April 19; Weekend call-- April 20 – April 24; Clinic-- April 25 – April 26; Weekend call-- May 4 – May 8; Clinic-- June 22 – June 26; Clinic-- June 29 – July 3; Clinic-- July 6 – July 10; Clinic-- July 13 – July 17; Clinic-- July 20 – July 24; Clinic-- July 27 – July 31; Clinic-- August 3 – August 7; Clinic-- August 10 – August 14; Clinic-- August 17 – August 21; Clinic-- August 24 – August 28; Clinic-- August 31 – September 4; Clinic-- Ongoing AvailabilityShift Description-- Clinic hours: 8 AM – 4 PM-- Night call: 5 PM – 8 AM-- 24 hour call: 7 AM – 7 AM-- Call schedule: 1:6-- Minimum of 5–6 days of combined clinic and call coverage per month-- Weekend call as scheduled, Call schedule is released about one month priorCall Details-- Average callback: Weekday: ~0.5 hours; Weekend: ~2 hoursRequirements-- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible-- Active Washington license or IMLC-- ACLS, BLS, and DEA-- Will consider candidates without ACLS or BLS in hand if willing to obtain upon selectionRequired Procedures / Skills-- Bread and Butter UrologyDuties-- Cystoscopy-- Vasectomies-- Prostate biopsy-- TURP-- Uroflow / cuff-- Bladder scans-- Ureteroscopy-- Nephrectomy-- Cystectomy-- ESWL-- Botox injectionsAssignment Details-- Setting: Clinic + call-- Patients per day: 20–25-- Monthly surgeries: 20–30-- Robotics available (not required)-- Call volume: ~20% consults, 80% callback-- Admissions managed by hospitalist team-- Locum provider will round-- Support staff includes RNs, medical assistants, surgery scheduler, and front office staff-- Fast paced environment; provider must be comfortable serving as the sole urologist onsite-- EMR: Epic
