*Board Certified/Eligible Vascular Surgeon
*Starts October 2026 and there will be ongoing dates offered
*24-hour call coverage
*Mid-level support is available
*Seeking 1-2 weeks per month beginning in October
*Fellowship trained candidates will be prioritized

*Full In-house Anesthesia
Initial Dates Needed:--Dates Needed: 24-hour Call (7a - 7a)
--10/12 - 10/19 (ending 7am)
--11/9 - 11/16 (ending 7am)
--12/8 - 12/14 (ending 7am)
Additional Information:*Physician (MD/DO)
*Board Certified preferred
*Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, DEA Certificate
*Skills/Procedures: Open and Endovascular Dialysis
*Adult/Peds: 100% Adult
*Intensivists on staff 24/7: yes at hospital, Hospitalist on staff 24/7
*Perm Surgeons on staff: 1 Perm surgeon
*Providers required to scrub in any additional specialties: no
*No scrub tech duties - will have scrub techs during OR and first assist
